KUSINA Food &Thought started its journey as a home-based food business in Charlottetown,PEI Canada since 2020. Teresa, Kusina owner, a mother of two wonderful boys, developed her skills and passion for cooking and baking through the experiences she had back in the Philippines. She graduated a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, and she always had this dream of having her own restaurant. She share the same passion with Bar, Kusina co-owner, who became her partner and motivator for building Kusina customer's trust and support through local market events selling and online ordering. The small food business was registered as KUSINA which means "KITCHEN" in English and "CUSINA" in Spanish.
The dishes offered are mainly Asian-Filipino cuisine. The company sees a huge opportunity to grow and share the Filipino food culture in the Island that we call "home." KUSINA Food & Thought proudly shares our Filipino culture in Prince Edward Island. Prepare to Explore your Palate!
